🌱 The Story Behind HadisKu
Four years ago, I tried several hadith applications available on the market. Some had extensive collections, but often their features were locked behind a paywall — to access details or explanations of hadith, users had to pay.
There were also apps with overly complicated interfaces, heavy on devices, or even requiring an internet connection just to read a single hadith.
As a developer and knowledge seeker, I thought:
“Why is religious knowledge, especially hadith, which should be a source of goodness for everyone, so difficult to access freely?”
From there, the idea of HadisKu was born — a personal project that started from a simple desire: to create a hadith application that is free, lightweight, usable without internet, and compiles the most authentic hadith sources.
I started building it slowly in my spare time, writing code after night prayers, testing on various devices, until finally HadisKu became what it is today — a digital library of hadith from 14 imams that can be accessed by anyone, anytime.
